Our Heat Exchanger section can supply new exchangers or perform all work necessary to completely recondition an exchanger. All parts of an exchanger can usually be repaired or replaced if needed, and this is not limited to: shell replacement, channels, channel covers, tubes, tubesheets, baffles, tie-rods and spacers, seal strips, etc. We can handle complete or partial retubes, and when the need arises, we can manufacture a new bundle assembly, shell, or end channels.
All units are thouroughly tested before they leave our shop which will include: air testing of tubes or complete assembly, vacuum test, and hydro test, providing the unit has all the parts required for a hydro test. All units are guaranteed against leaks when they leave our shop. |
