Our Coating specialists have many years of experience in the field of metallizing. They ave very capable of applying all of the 30 + materials that we have at our disposal.
We have the capabilities to come to your facility and apply the coating on the equipment while it is in position. All of our equipment is on rollers and can be setup in a minimal time frame when we arrive on site.We have had experience on applying coatings to: F.D. fans, I.D. fans, blast furnace bells coal handling duct work, coal pulverizer housings, water cooled panels, heat exchanger channels and end covers, and also wear plates for guiding the strip through the housings on a Hot Strip mill. We use a process that has very high bond strength, does not cause excessive heat to the work piece, and allows us to apply materials at a greater depth than most other processes.
