We have our own testing equipment that includes:
Vacuum pump capable of 29.9 vacuum, Hydorstatic Pressure pump capable of 1000psi, Air tester, N.D.T. thicknes tester, Borescope with camera and VCR attachments, Camcorder for video taping and Dye penetrant kit.

Procedures are in place for all work that is performed in our shop or at your facility and are reviewed prior to any work being started.

All jobs have their own identification and paperwork that outlines: inspection findings, repairs required, repairs performed, test procedures, duration and pressures of the test procedures, and comments on findings not otherwise covered.

All test results are entered in our computers for record keeping and preventative maintenance evaluations. All test results, history of the unit, and any videos taken will be supplied to the customer for their records.

All work that leaves our shop will be shipped on a skid, if feasible, for handling by overhead crane and/or forklift, all openings covered, and prepped for long term storage.
